I had a mixed experience during my stay at Flamingo Cancun All Inclusive. The swim-up Junior Suite was fantastic and worth every penny, especially for my kids. However, I faced issues with the service, particularly with maintenance and room service, which left a lot to be desired. ✨ Overall, the location is great, being right on the beach, but improvements in customer service and dining options are definitely needed.

From the sluggish check-in process to the confusing layout of the hotel, it felt quite frustrating. Unfortunately, the food was often cold and unappetizing, and I faced multiple issues with my room during my stay.
